When to leave DHS to make 4:15 flight?

I'm wondering how long it will take from leaving the gates of Hollywood Studios to arrival at the airport in Orlando. What time would you recommend we be walking out of DHS to head to our rental car to make a 4:15 flight (with a gas stop and rental car drop off)? I am just trying to determine how much time we will have at the park.

Orlando is an airport that you need to be there the 2 hours ahead that they recommend. So I would be leaving the Disney Studios no later than 1:15.

Agree with PP. Figure an hour to walk to the car, drive to MCO, stop for gas, and return rental car. Arrive at MCO 2 hours before + 1 hour "transportation" = leave no later than 1:15.
