When to go??

Hi, we are just weighing up when to go....we have always gone in nov but kids have suggested going in jan this year as they say they would rather it be colder and drier than wet! Im just worried what the park will be like in jan...does anyone know when the xmas parade, shows and decorations stop?

all the Christmas theme ends around the 8th January I think - and theres absolutely no guarantee January will be drier than November!

thanks, I always thought if there was much precipitation in jan it was usually in the form of snow??

argggghhh cant decide between nov and jan....cheaper in jan by quite a bit! any words of wisdom or other thoughts....been three times in nov and once in dec but never jan...

I can't help you there nicola, I've never been in January (although like you, have been a few times in November/December and loved it then). You really need someone who's been at both times of year to come along and give you their opinion.
