I am deciding on booking my kids first trip in either early February (6-13) or early April (4-11).
The biggest bonus to Feb is that It would save me about $500 between room prices & flights. (Now, the promo i'm using to price Feb is stay play dine. April room only disc and adding tickets and dining - which I'm not sure we would book dining if we do April, so I don't know if that is savings or not I haven't priced that all out.. we probably wouldn't as we'd give our kids other options then just the children's menu and/or share food at times. But for arguments sake... I just added it. I can't imagine the difference to be that significant that it would matter. Dining plan v. out of pocket, i mean.
The crowds would prob be slightly less in Feb, but looking at a crowd calendar thing not that different that it really sways me one way or another.
April holds appeal because we would be there for my sons 5th birthday, and what a better way to spend it? Also the flower & garden is going on and that might be nice for me (kids probably wouldn't care I realize!)
I'm afraid Feb will be on the cool side, swimming?? I'd love some input here. My kids are young enough that I imagine we will not be in the parks all day every day so something else to do, like swimming, would be a plus !
April should be warmer so swimming would be a given I'm guessing.
Anything else I'm not considering?
