when to go in MARCH OR APRIL

We were going to go in October and take advantage of the free food. But my sister and her family wants to go and she couldn't get off work. So the plans are going in March or April. There are about 5 or more other families that I work with that want to go too. So there might be between 20 or 30 of us all together. We plan to go 10 to 14 days. When would the best time to go? Weather, crowds, hours and possible discounts.

Easter is April 16 next year. I would avoid both the week before and the week after this date. Too Crowded!
