When To Go In January

With The Marathon and MLK Day in Jan. which week has the least crowds?

We went the last week in January a few years ago. We thought it might be a little chilly, but it was our DS’s birthday. The crowds were very low and it was in the 80s every day except one when it dipped into the low 60s at night, no rain either. I recommend the last week.

Both are busy but Marathon weekend is an absolute zoo.
