When to find my spot for parade and fireworks?

Hello,

My family is going to WDW for Christmas week and I would like to know how far in advance we should find our spots to have a good view of the 3pm parade and the HEA fireworks.
Also, does anyone know the day that MK will have the last Christmas parade?

Christmas week:

Christmas Parade likely will not run at 3PM.
It will likely run at 12:30PM and 3:30PM.
Find a parade spot on Main St. 60-120 min. early.
Find a parade spot deep in Frontierland 30-60 min. early.

Fireworks, in the Hub 40-60 min. early.

Last Christmas parade(s) on Dec. 30.
