When to expect tickets?

Hi we are travelling with virgin on 14th October - does anyone know when can we expect the tickets to arrive - we booked direct with them via the internet - thanks

You usually get them between 10 and 14 days before you travel. However, in the past, Virgin have often had problems getting the tickets out on time. Last year, we only got ours a week before we went.

I usually get mine about 2 weeks or so before we are due to travel!

Its normally about 14 days before you travel, but last year i think it was nearer 10. Were flying with Virgin on the 6th and expect ours around the 25th of this month.

we fly with virgin on the 23rd and after ringing them as i havent recieved the tickets, they said that the tickets will be with me by WEDNESDAY!!!!!!!! that gives me 2 days if any problems...........
they said they are behind issuing tickets.
after voicing my disproval they have agreed to get them out to me today.
so keep a close eye on them and ring if necessary...

normally with VHols the tickets are 10-21 days prior when direct ..... but as has been said they are a little behind on their printing at the moment.
