When to eat dinner the night of MVMCP?

We have tix to MVMCP on 11/29 and I'm not sure what to do about dinner. I have 2 dinner ressies, 1 at the LTT @ 4pm and 1 at CM's @ 9:15pm.

I am trying to get into CRT around 5 or 5:30 (or CP or DH); however, so far that's proven to be impossible.

At this point, if I'm unable to get ressies closer to the start of the party, do you think it would be better to do an early dinner at LTT or try to do something later at CMs? If we eat @ LTT at 4pm, will we still have to leave the park and re-enter, or will they let us stay in if we have tix? Also, are there tons of refreshments that would make an early dinner a better idea?

If we leave to go to the CM's, will we miss anything super fun? I *think* I heard that the fireworks start around 9pm...will we be able to see them from CMs?

You don't want to leave the party to go eat. You'll have to leave the party around 8:45 and possibly wouldn't arrive back until close to 11. That's over two hours of wasted party time. I would cancel your Chef Mickey reservation and keep your LTT. You can always try to walk up around 4 PM at one of the two restaurants to see if they can work you in, but I would not keep the CM reservation when you're going to be at a party.

I would keep the 4 pm LTT reservation and cancel CM. After spending all of that $$ on MVMCC, I wouldn't leave the park for a dinner. I think you will most likely miss the fireworks. If you have tix, you just need to show them to a CM in the park and they will give you a party wristband - you don't have to leave the park. If 4 pm seems too early for dinner, keep trying for a 5 pm either in MK or an MK resort so your dinner is over before the party. If you get hungry later there are plenty of snacks and some CS restaurants open during the party. 4 pm LTT sounds perfect to me!
