We are going Feb 7-13 2005, staying AKL (3 night) and Poly (3 night) concierge. I don't have any concrete plans yet but would like to do the Sunrise Safari at AKL and maybe Crystal Palace character meal at MK for DSs b'day (Feb 12). I am getting a bit stressed though as I have seen people post about contacting their concierge CMs for their April '05 trip and another that the Sunset Safari at AKL was sold out for December. I have been trying to be so proactive with this trip and the thought that I am "too late" or "should have called months ago" is now killing me. Please, can someone tell me about contacting Concierge: when, why, where.

Help!!!!

I would contact concierge as soon as you book your reservation.
Contact each resort that you are doing concierge, as they each have their own unique personalities.

If you already know things you want, request them. If you are not sure, ask them for some suggestions.

If you booked your reservation through a TA, then concierge will NOT get your information ahead of time.

Never hurts to get the ball rolling. Even though most things can't be booked until your 90 day mark, get your requests in the queue.

If you are the first one asking about the Sunset safari for a particular day (or week) then you should be OK. But if you are like the 8th request for that day, then I would think all the others have a higher priority than you.

Does this make sense? Or am I rambling?
