We will be arriving at the Fort on the 29th(so about 16 days out):cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:when should I fax over my site request. Would Monday the 24th be to far out or to late. We are requesting site number 522 we have stayed on it before and it is long enough for our motor home(43feet) and our trailer to stay hooked together, so it worked well for us. TIA

You should send your request with your needs like number of slides, lenght of you RV not a specific site number. If that site is not available you will get put in a spot on any loop of your site category you paid for that may not fit your needs.

Can anyone tell me what the fax number is to do this??? I know there's no guarantee to getting your request, but it's sure worth a try:upsidedow

Thanks!

These boards are so worth being a memeber of :surfweb:, I didn't know you could do that!!!
You all are such a wealth of information :thanks::disrocks:

Hdn... Wish we were going to be there on the 29th. I have hesitated to back our 37 footer plus trailer. I'd like to watch how it's done. :3dglasses

RE: Reservation # xxxxxxxx

I am really looking forward to my stay at the Ft. Wilderness Resort and Campground and am writing about campsite requests. I do understand that these are only requests and cannot be guaranteed.

If possible, I would like a site in Loop xxxx with a site that will accommodate the following: (list your "stuff" here) and near (whatever you want to be near).

Thanks so much for your help, and once again I’m really looking forward to my visit to Ft. Wilderness Resort and Campground.

If you have any questions, I can be reached at xxx-xxx-xxxx or by email at xxx@xxx.xxx

Sincerely,

Your name here

The kudos goes to Carol aka clkelley for this

We are a total of about 60 feet long, when you include the trailer that carries the suburban. My husband who actually drove an eighteen wheeler since he was about 13 can park that thing on a dime. I haven't seen a spot yet that he can't get into, as long as the site can hold both rv(aka station wagon)and trailer.
