when to buy tickets

Hi, I've been lurking for a while. I am planning a camping trip to WDW in 8/2005. My question is, when can I safely buy tickets? We plan to stay 8 to 9 days at Ft Wilderness, and want to spend 5 days in the Disney parks. The plan is a 5 day park hopper-- can I buy these now, or should I wait. I figure the sooner I buy them, the cheaper they'll be.

My concern is that Disney will switch everyone to the ultimate tickets you get with a resort stay, but we don't want that.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

If you know what you want buy them ASAP because they have already raised the price at the parks and who knows when the Disney stores and other sources will follow . The passes never expire so you have no problem using them later.
