When to buy the Unofficial guide?

I went last May so I have the Unofficial Guide 2004 but I would like to purchase a new one for my trip in Oct 2005. When do they come out and are all the new changes going to be included?

The 2005 Unoffical guides are out already. I bought mine a month or so ago at Barnes and Noble.

If you already have the 2004 UOG, don't waste your money on 2005. Try TourGuideMike.com and you'll actually get some information you can use.

The guides are written so far ahead, that they can be out of date by the time they come out. I'm sure none of them out now have information about Magic Your Way or EMH. You are better off doing internet research.

If you prefer the book, they're pretty cheap used on amazon.com

I think the Guide is a good book for someone that is not a Disney Vet. If you are new to resorts, restaurants, etc., the Guide is great. I can't take my computer with me everywhere, but I can take my UG. One doesn't always have access to the internet 24 hours a day. There will always be new information out, but I wouldn't let that stop me from buying a book. I think the book and internet are a great combination, but I would never stop buying books because of the internet. Maybe it is the librarian in me.

I bought my 2005 in October...unfortunately it has none of the new ticketing/package info. However, I'm a big fan and am still using my guide. I'm using these boards to catch up on the new stuff as it happens.
