When To Book?

How soon do you book when using a town car service? We plan to use Tiffany and our trip is 5 months away.

I think I booked TT about 4 months out. Having said that, each time I've had to call them and change my times because the airlines changed departure times!! I've just made my third change for this trip.

Thats exactly why I was wondering. Last time I think we booked fairly early and I remember we had to call to let them know about flight time changes. So I was wondering if I was just being nuerotic booking so early, or if its really necessary to do so. I wont wait too muich longer.
