when to book wedding?

I am thinking about getting married either at disneyworld or on their cruise line. I am leaning more towards getting married at the world though. If I am planning a Nov. 05 wedding when is a good time to book and start planning. We are planning to vacation in Nov. 04 to WDW so I want to look into it when I am down there. Thanks

Disney will not allow you to book before 1 year out. So, just before you go down in Nov (I'd say Sept), call FTW and tell them that you will be coming down in Nov to look around and you would really like to get a sales manager to help you out and give you a site tour. Then, while you are down there, you can reserve the areas you would like and be ready to sign a contract at 8 months out.

They suggested we start planning and booking 1 year ahead of our planned marriage date, which was supposed to be March 2005. We changed our original plans and wanted to get married sooner - during this March Break. We contacted them for the first time only a few weeks ago. Amazingly, the Disney Wedding Planners were able to accomodate our group and arrange all the plans for our Intimate wedding. We are very impressed with their service and assistance so far.

14 days to go for our wedding at the Polynesian!!!
