When to book lighting lane?

I live in Orlando, Fl but have a trip to Disneyland in September 2024. I bought ticket with Lighting lane included. When can I book those lighting lane choices. I feel like a fish out of water. Is there anything else about lighting land I should know. Is it the same as Disney World? Also when can I book dinning reservations. I am staying on property for the whole stay? Thanks so much for your help in advance.

Once you enter the park. If you arrive for early entry and are let in before the early entry time, you can still book the minute you scan your ticket at the park entrance.

More. Didn’t fully read your post. Sorry. DLR LL is day of only. Dining reservations open 60 days out at 6am PT. Some places open up earlier though. No advantage to staying in property. You have to book one day at a time.

Start booking those LLs as soon as you scan in. If you want to try for an MEP, book Indiana Jones first, it's often down in the morning. You can modify your selection or your times whenever you like.

The system at DL functions completely different than the one at WDW. There's a sticky thread at the top of the DL board called "Genie+ - Experiences and Reviews." Read that. Even though the name changed to Lightning Lane Multi Pass, the system works the exact same at DL as when it was called Genie+. Basically no changes.

Learn how to modify . I use a lot more of them by modifying . Once you book one you can go in and modify. Just keep refreshing until a better time slot or ride comes up. Instead of waiting 3hrs for a avg ride you might find a top tier ride 30min away and as soon as you can into a ride with it you can grab another one and repeat. Also set you alarm for 2hrs after you book a ride because if you don't scan on for a ride within 2hrs you can grab another
