When to Book Hotel

DH and I will be staying 2 nights in March 2015. I'm pretty sure we're going to stay at SL. If we book now we get two extra nights, but we can't really use that. If I wait to book later, is there a chance that other deals will be offered (free dining maybe)? Or will I just be risking a price increase?

We're in the US, and apparently I can't book past November on either the US or French site, but can book March 2015 on the UK site? Seems strange.

different countries have different booking windows and different offers. I think its unlikely you'll get much of a discount at all on the UK DLP site for 2 nights, but you might on the French site, if you wait for a while (ie beginning of next year) to book.
