When to adjust Fant. Din.Package to later time slot?

We have a Fantasmic Dinner Package on Oct. 13th. I remember someone posting that you could try for a later time if you called at 30 or 45 days out. Anyone have advice on this? We have a party of seven and our dining time is at 4:20.

We are scheduled for FDP at Mama Melrose on Sept. 19th and our time is 4:30. Obviously this is within 30 days but every time i check there are no later times released yet. Is this strange?

We changed our time at Mama Melrose's about 3 weeks before.... Went from 4:00 to 5:50 for an 8:30 show. Even w/ the Fantasmic package you're proably going to spend 30-45 minutes sitting in the amphitheater before the show starts (to get the best seats) so you might want to have some entertainment in mind for any children with you....that's a long time to just "sit", even if you're tired!

I had a PS for 4:00 for 9/27, and I called the day before yesterday (the 27th maybe??) and was able to change it to a later time.

We lucked out. I called a week before we were arriving a rec'd a 5:50 at Brown Derby. It was perfect. The food was terrific too!
