I have been waiting for the December discount codes to come out after July 7th, or the beginning of August to call in my reservation for the Walt Disney World Wilderness Lodge Resort.
I plan on staying offsite for most of my stay, except for the last five nights. I haven't stayed at the Widerness Lodge Resort in years. And I want to end my vacation with a magical feeling.
I have also requested that a Disney Vacation Club owner try to call and to rent a studio at the DVC Villas at Wilderness Lodge. I can only hope that this may become available, but I am not sure that it will happen.
So, I plan on making reservations at the WDW Wilderness Lodge Resort just in case the Renting of points for VWL fall through.
I understand that if I make reservations through CRO (Central Reservations Office) at WDW, that I will have a 14-day cancellation option. I could use this just in case the VWL rental actually comes through.
I am also worried that the Wilderness Lodge Resort may sell out rooms like they are doing now at WDW All-Star Resorts for this Summer.
I want to be able to use the discount codes that may come out in July, or the WDW Annual Passholders discount codes that may come out.
So here are some questions that I could use your advice on:
1. Would it be best to make reservations, now, through Dreams Unlimited?
2. Would it be best to make reservations, now, through CRO (Central Reservations Office)?
3. Would it be best to make reservations, now, through AAA (American Auto Association) South?
4. Would it be best to make reservations, now, through my WDW Annual Passholder telephone number (if that is possible)?
5. Would it be best to wait to make reservations when the discount codes come out?
6. (Off topic) Has anyone taken advantage of the $20.00 to $30.00 per night deal in December, 2003 at Downtown Disney Couryard by Marriott? If so, could you tell me when this deal came out, and the price per night, and available dates?
Thank you in advance.
God bless you, best wishes, and encouragement, RaySharpton
