When Target 90%

What do they mark the toys to? I know they've been 30% off for a while. There was a Littlest Pet Shop Advent calendar I wanted to get for my daughter that's still 30% off.

Toys are still at 30%, but they should be marking them down soon. I saw the Barbie Advent that looked cute too....but still only 30% off.

My store had so much wrapping paper....I cannot imagine them throwing it all away. I think it would fly out the door at 90%....if only they would mark it down!! Half of the store employees where working in the area condending and straightening all the Christmas merchandise. I guess I will stop by tomorrow morning after I take DD to school......after that I am done checking!

My Target is still 75% as of 8am today, I am gonna check later as I think they may do it later . Other stores in the area have gone 90% already!! When I ask they say they are waiting to hear and were wondering too!!

Our store (Osage Beach, MO) is still 75% off today. I know it went to 90% on January 2 last year - I'm not sure that is ever going to happen this year!

Hey Knoxville Peeps! Stores here are still 75% and not much. Had no luck with Nick adn Nora pjs that someone had posted earlier. Checked these since my DS loves these pjs. Toys were still 30% and not much at that. Plenty of people were working on clearancing items, but nothing great to speak of.

Target was at 90% off at the Mt Laurel store - Centerton shopping center very few things left

Went to the Burlington store by the burlington center mall they had nothing left but a few ipod speakers and USB massagers in the mens section 90% off.

My store went 90% off this morning. I was there last night and it was 75% off. I went back this AM to return something and saw ppl leaving with trees. They seemed to consolidate and bring out more stock but there was hardly anything left by the time I made it to the back corner. I think everything will be gone by noon.

My best buy: wicker baskets! I thought they were part of the international bazaar furnishings but they turned out to be Christmas. I was able to buy really big ones for only $3. They'll be great for all the showers I'll be attending this year!

I also picked up "almond bark" chocolate for my daughter's new favorite candy making craft. Only $0.19! She can melt and mess up as many chocolates as she pleases. :)

This is the Piscataway NJ store.

Ours in Hartland MI went 90% today. There was still so much left. I went looking for a tree but got a few other things instead. I spent $28 and save $210! I purchased the same lights (and a few other things) I got at 75% off and taking those back. A few extra dollars helps me a lot.

Our Target is busy getting ready for the toy clearance. Empty isles filling up with 30% off items. I believe it was the 3rd Thursday in January that the toys went 50% off last year.

I have heard that the Target corporation has given stores some flexibility on things like 90 percent. Several years ago, at least two of my Targets never went to 90 percent -- they stopped at 75 percent and it went to salvage.

I'm pretty sure (I almost typed 90% sure :lmao: ) that's what is going to happen at my store .. 75% off to salvage. Not that it matters, there's no Christmas clearance worth buying left in the store. It's reallly wiped out!

Waterbury, CT stores are still 75% off.:sad2:

Milford, CT is still 75% off... they have 2 of the trees I wanted, they'll probably be gone by tomorrow.. sigh, I'll try again tomorrow, but it's ok, I'm letting it go...

I asked the manager what was going on, since the Orange store 10 minutes away went to 90% yesterday. She said it was because (ready for this) -- the other store was in existance 4 years before Milford, hence the older store goes on discount first. I thought that was wild... who knows if she's right... but it's wild!

She said tomorrow or wednesday... :confused3

Bought nothing at 75%... went to the other store for their 90% and quietly picked through the tiny amount left with a half dozen other ladies (kept wondering if any were disers??) ... found some avent calendars for .39... xmas bags for .05 -.09, and some tags for .29 . Saw a few ladies getting the last of the trees, there were only 4 boxes of 7ft trees when I got there. Milford had dozens of various tree boxes left...

Toys.. amazing discounts all over the place... the employees were stocking so much that I couldn't get my cart through the aisles well... that would be worth going back for a look. What is the toy sale? is it stuff that is not being restocked? It seemed very scattered....

I was at ours (Bolingbrook IL) this morning after dropping the kids off at school and it's finally 90%!

I was able to find a few hidden deals mostly in the food isles. There were a few bags of the mint Hersey Bliss for 32 cents each Premium M&M's, crackers, and a bunch of Choxie candy that scanned 90% off. Hint...look for Choxie written in red and green. I found a few books to save for my daycare kids for next year (Curious George Christmas, The Grinch, The Gingerbread Man (I love Jan Brett books!), Marley...all scanned 90% off.

All together I spent $48.83 (not that I would have ever spent $500 on this stuff). I got a case of candy canes (don't expire until 2011 but I'll probably give a bunch to the therapeutic horseback riding stable were my DD used to get therapy at for the horses), several containers of sprinkles ~use by date 2011 (good for chocolate covered pretzels, some Burts Bees sets, a 5ft prelit tree for the basement (DH actually asked me to look for one :lmao: so he can set it up with all of his sports themed ornaments), 70 gift bags (great for teacher gifts), some ornaments for teacher gifts next year, two mangers...

Now to dig out the Rubbermaid containers and pack it all away for next year. :headache:

It was 90% at my store today. I got a few things and spent $10!

I got 2 boxes of cards, 6 rolls of wrapping paper (100 ft. each), 2 ornaments, 10 packs of gold snowflake ornaments (what I really wanted at 90%!!), baby's first Christmas pooh stocking and bib set, bag of snow batting stuff for snow village, regular stocking, 5 green gift bags, and a bottle of mulling spice for DH. I originally had 2 of the small LED trees, but put them back. I was going to use them to start a Disney only tree, but then I didn't know where I would put them, etc. and talked myself out of it.

We have two Targets close by -- I went to one store two days after Xmas and they had a whopping ONE roll of wrapping paper left! :lmao: But, that is a relatively new store within a mall, and I think it's much busier than the other.

I went yesterday to the other store (Trumbull, CT) and they had 90% off all holiday items. I got a bunch of large gift bags, a 25 foot indoor/outdoor lighted garland, two packages of gift tags...I spent about $5!! And I almost got a new tree! They had maybe 20 artificial trees, all 90% off!

I am in New Jersey. I went to Target at noon today and there wasn't anything left! Not one roll of wrapping paper to be found.

I was in our store here in Arlington and there was stuff left but it was still 75 % off :confused3

I was really sad -- I went to the one in Woodridge this afternoon and they were still at 75% and they had a row packed with stuff (no wrapping paper which is what I really wanted). Guess I'll head to Bolingbrook tomorrow.

Went to our Target today and it was all junk. I did pick up a few cute jingle ornaments that rang up 19 cents. When I showed the kids them, they informed me that they all said Babys First Christmas 2008:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: Time to get myself to the eye doctor.
