When Target 90%

My store is still at 50% also. I'm planning an early morning trip although the pickings looked a bit slim!

I was at my closest Target yesterday morning and it was still 50% off. There wasn't much left though. I bet by the time it reaches 75% off there will be next to nothing. I was surprised how people were filling their carts when it was only half off.

I went to Walmart yesterday too and it was also only half off, BUT they had their jewelry gift boxed sets (earrings and necklace) for only 50 cents! I grabbed about 13 of those. I have 3 daughters and they can give them to their friends as gifts next year. They had some cute butterflies and heart sets.

And at Walgreens all their stuff was 75% off. I asked the manager if he would sell one of the 4.5 foot display trees he had up on one of the shelves. He said sure.........for 5 bucks! So I got the lighted tree, AND he threw in all the ornaments on it, for only $5. It will be perfect for my 8 year old twin's room next Christmas.

So there are good deals to be found!

I was at Target yesterday in southern NH and it was 50% off. There wasn't all that much stuff left except for candy and wrapping paper. Otherwise, the shelves were mostly empty and had been condensed into one small area. By the time the stuff gets marked down further, there won't be anything left!

75% off at my Target in the Detroit metro area today. Tons of stuff left at my store. I got some great deals on table linens!

I just ran out to Target to pick up a prescription (Harrisonburg, VA) - I was also there twice over the weekend . They are still at 50% off - HOWEVER - the Christmas shelves were completely FULL!! While there over the weekend - the shelves were basically bare - now - tons of stuff! I am a Target regular - it's close to work and I can run there very quick, so for me - seeing more Christmas stuff was cool (75% off would be even cooler!!) However, for the people who only go there once in a while - I bet Target lost lots of sales due to the barren shelves. Anyway... it was weird to go there today and have lots of choices! Happy Clearance Shopping everyone!

My report back for any south Richmonders:

The "Midlothian" store was still at 50%, the 'Forest Hill' was at 75%!!

I found TONs of great stuff (almost $50.00 worth - ack!) Now, to wait for the Midlothian one!

Thanks I didn't go to the Mechanicsville store yet (I live by that one) but might tomrrow. I am trying to make myself wait till 90% only b/c I don't need any thing and don't have a lot of extra $$ right now for some "just b/c it's a good deal" stuff.

Still 50% off in central Iowa as of noon today. Tons of things on the shelves, and they were restocking wrapping paper.

I remember last year 90% was first week in January maybe Jan 7 or 8. I stumbled there by accident and saw a zillion bags of silver bows. I did find a good amount of green decorations such as bows/ribbens/plastic tableclothes for our school fundrasier which was happening in March so i was happy enough.

I will wait until it's 90% off because I don't "need" anything. And we're really crunching our budget.

I would like to get a robe for my 6 year old girl. I know they had tons of them before Christmas, and I'm guessing warm fleece robes are not going to be a big seller in Florida. So if anyone sees them on sale 50% off or more, let me know.

Where in NH? Concord, right? I just want to coincide my need to buy stuff wiht the right city so I can be there if there is anything I need.

I was at a store in the western suburbs of Chicago and it's still 50%. They were pulling so much stuff from the back stock room while I was there and no where to put it since the shelves were pretty well stocked. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a few more days before it goes to 75% but just in case, I may have to pop in there tomorrow just to be sure.

The discounts follow a set pattern but also are based on inventory. That's why there may be a few days difference from store to store.The latest it'll all go 90% off is next Wednesday. It's supposed to all be out of the store by the end of the first week of January.

Anyone from Southern New Jersey? What are your stores at right now? I know Walmart was still 50% yesterday.

Deptford is still 50% but tons of stuff.

Mantua was 75% with very little left.
