When SSRS model open?

I'm not even sure if I've got the right letters! But when is the model for the new DVC property, Sarosota Springs going to be open? I would expect soon if DVC is selling Boardwalk inventory. Does that mean they've closed all their models and sales offices there? Anyone know the time frame? And once the new model opens, is the only way I can get over there by DVC van? I kind of liked the Boardwalk, the convenience of it, even after we joined, stopping by to see the models of resorts we hadn't been to again.
