When should we receive trash and towel?

We have a 9 night stay at Poly - checking in on a thursday and then leaving the following Saturday. Is check in day - Day 1? -- so then on Sunday (Day 4) and Thursday (Day 8) we should have trash and towel service? I do know they do trash daily.

Just want to know in case we don't get the services when we are supposed to.

Trash is daily now although we've found that now and then it does get skipped.

Check in is day 1 so you should get a full cleaning on Sunday and then Trash and Towel service on the next Thursday. In between is the trash service and you can now request other things like fresh towels, coffee etc in between too.
