DME is sent 6 weeks prior to check in (which means most get it 38-40 days out.)
But, you don't really need the DME yellow tags at all to make full use of the service.
You can just go to the DME welcome desk and provide them with the regular airline claim check numbers and DME will go to baggage claim and deliver the luggage to your room.
I see to remember getting mine about 2 weeks out, but then again, I booked my flight later than the rest of my trip. I don't think a phone call or email would be overkill at this point.
dd is leaving in a month...got her packet about a week ago.
I would call DME and double check that they have you in their system. Mistakes do happen....and you wouldn't want to arrive at the DME checkin area only to find that they had no record of you. So call them. Then, if you aren't in the system, they can add you. If you are in the system, they can resend the packet.
