It doesn't appear to be. She is paid for 1/2 hr. Trouble is she gets there at 7:40 instead of 7:45am, which would allow her to stay until 8:15. This is done with her supervisor's permission apparently.The Mystery Machine said:Is it a money issue? Perhaps he has to pay her the full 1/2hour if she stays till 8:15?

So I'm beginning to see the problem lies with the supervisor. Our conversation yesterday was upsetting. He told me it would be a "waste of time" for her to stay beyond 8:10am and that he "didn't see a reason to change" so he would "leave it as is".


We'll see how today goes.
