When should magic bands ship?

Sorry for a question that has certainly been answered (but I searched a few times and didn't find anything recent), but when should magic bands ship? I was under the impression that it was at about 30 days out. We're just under 20 now and I've had the "Act quickly! Your order may ship at any moment" message for a couple of weeks now. We customized ours/ double checked the address over the summer so there shouldn't be anything new in there. Just wondering when I should start getting concerned. Thanks.

I got mine at the 29 day mark.

EDIT: I would probably contact Disney at this point. Seems to be pushing it a bit close.

If I were getting that message, and I had already confirmed my address and made my band selections, I would be calling Disney to find out why that message is appearing. There may be a glitch that will prevent you from getting your bands.
Our first "banded" trip was a nightmare, and we never did receive the bands we ordered.
I had even been directly on the phone with the IT dept to place the order, and they still never showed up!
Once you get to the resort, if they aren't there waiting on you, you're going to get gray bands.

I would definitely take time to call right away, if the bands are of any importance to you.

I got mine on Saturday and I am 22 days out, I believe.

It should show on your MDE account when you click on MagicBands the sate that the bands will ship and they ship at the latest the day after that. When mine shipped a tracking number showed up where the shipping date had been. Since the phone time is so long, you may want to take a quick look there first before you spend time waiting on the phone.

When I click on Magic Bands it gives the message that I mentioned in the first post (still the "Act quickly" message with the option to customize). There's no ship date.

Got an e-mail this morning saying mine have shipped with a tracking number. I arrive 10/27.

Believe all the ones that I've customized normally shipped out around 10 days prior to the trip and I received them in the mail within 2 days

I would defintely contact Disney about this. They normally ship about a month before your arrival date, which is what is posted for us on my MDE account. Good luck!

I'm 19 days out and I was wondering the same...
...Freaking out...
I realized that my hubby never "customized" his bc he just wanted the grey so he just ignored it thinking they'd just ship him the grey. But I just hit customize today and later on I got this:
"Your MagicBand order is being personalized. Check back soon for shipping details."

So has everyone in your travel party customized???

Yes, we all customized over the summer. Have checked it a few times. Called tonight and someone looked at my account, said everything looked set, and that they usually ship 10 days prior. That didn't seem to jive with what most people report here but I'm not sure there's anything else I can do at this point beyond giving it a few more days.

Once your customization date (which is a month before your check-in date) is up, you should recieve them shortly after. A lot of people have gotten them by the 24-28 day mark!
