When should I hear from owners on rental

We rented a house for our upcoming trip and I have not heard from the owners since I paid them a few months back. Should I be worried?? We leave in 21 day...

If you have concerns contact them -any owner shouldn't mind you getting in touch at any time.Some owners send out the relevant info 2 weeks before the arrival date -others send it much earlier -as soon as the balance has been received.everyone is different in the way they operate.

Thanks. I I think I will wait another week and see if I get something if not then I will send an email to them... I think I am just be overly excited.

I would contact the owners now. Just a quick email to check. Whilst there are some owners that wait until close to arrival date to send out information, others don't. By 3 weeks out, I personally would want to know more details, even if it is only a "I will send paperwork out on such a date". At least then you know what to expect. You will also have time to sort things out if the information had been sent out and didn't get to you for some reason. (Sometimes emails can get caught in spam filters)

On the run up to a trip, the last thing I want to be thinking about are details such as flights, accommodation, car hire. I want those things to be done, ready to go. I have other things to think about in the last few weeks/days of trip preparation.
