When should i go.....

Hi,
My family planned on going on our WDW trip from Dec. 23 to the 29...We would be staying on disney property....I just found out that my husband can get the week before christmas off...Would you make the vacation earlier than what i've planned???Would i save any money by doing this earlier???Is there any discounts i can use the week befor christmas????What type of season would that be, would it still be holiday or not??What about the dates Dec 20 to the 26, are they any better than the other one i choosed........Thanks

Value season ends on December 19. If you check in on Dec. 20, 2005 or later, you will have to pay "Holiday Season" rates. If there is any way you can check in on Dec 19, you will get Value Season rates for your entire stay.

I've read that the week between Christmas and New Years is the most crowded time of the year.....if you can avoid that, the crowds should be lower, even if the rates aren't. But, as Mad4themouse said, if you check in during value season, it would be cheaper too!
