When should I go back?

We took our 4 year old twins for 9 days the 1st week of December. Also we went for a week in Sept. 04.

We are going on a short trip for 3 days 1st week of June. However we want to make one last use of our APs in the fall. The twins bday is in Sept, but with it being so hot then I was thinking Oct or early Nov. The main thing for me is low crowds. Ideally I want to go when its warm enough to swim, but not so hot its miserable and LOW crowds.

I know I need to avoid Columbus Day timeframe. But what about Halloween? So all you experts, should I go the week around by twins bday 9/21 and suffer the heat, or sometime in October or the 1st week of Nov?

What could be more awesome then turning five at WDW? And you get a double celebration! I think in late Sept. you will beat the crowds. I don't think the heat will be any worse than your June trip. Besides, with the crowd level down, you can do what you want early in the day, go back to your hotel for swimming, games, movies, napping before heading out for evening festivities!
