When should i get ME tags and the like?

I have officially hit the 39 day mark. OMG I am so excited I think I may have issues!

I still cant believe that i went from 300+ days (well 4 years and 300+ days since last visit) and suddenly i am just over amonth away. and i am in panick because I am not ready!

ANYWAY when should I be getting some documents in? Trip was paid in full in September well before the 45 day mark if that helps give me an approximation to when things will arrive.
