When should I fax my loop request and what's the number?

We faxed our loop request last year and now I can't remember how far in advance I did it. Was it only a week? Also, does anyone have the fax number handy?

And last thing LOL......I know there are two pop-up/tent loops. Which one is right there at the Meadows? You go across the wooden bridge and you end up right by the tennis courts. I can't remember which loop that was, but it was great!

Fax is: 407-824-3508 about 5 days prior to arrival and loop 1500 is the one.
