We sail 4 weeks from today, on the Wonder, July1. We leave for WDW in 3 weeks. We booked our cruise through DVC. When should I expect to receive my docs? I'm getting a little nervous. Should I be?
Dbond...I know how you feel. We sail in 5 weeks and I just talked to DVC and DCL yesterday. They both said we should get our DOCS in 3 weeks. But I would call and tell them you're going to WDW before the cruise and maybe they'll put a rush on it. I was also told that...worse case senario : they could reissue them and have them waiting at the cruise terminal. I don't know about you, but that doesn't give me much comfort ! Anyway, have a wonderful cruise ! Sometimes, I feel these boards, while they highten our excitement ,they also highten our stress level ! But don't get me wrong, I've learned alot of helpful info from my DIS Friends !
The Wog was kind enough to share this number with me and I shall share it with you. Call this number and they will tell you when your docs will be sent out. They were also able to connect me with the airlines so we could get our flight schedule and seat assignments. Very nice and helpful people.
The number to call is 1-800-511-1333. Good Luck!!!
Normally, docs come about 4 weeks ahead if you did not do air with the ressie, ...about 2 weeks ahead if they do include air.
When we do a week at WDW first, I call DCL and let them know that so that the docs arrive in plenty of time. THat's because I book 2 separate ressies--WDW thru DVC, and the cruise only sometimes thru DVC, sometimes cash.....
