When should I expect to receive DME info.?

My ? is: When should I expect to receive DME info./luggage tags etc. for a late May DVC check-in?
btw, we live in Canada if that matters regarding DME info. delivery.

Any info. would be really appreciated.

From the member website:

Once you have submitted your reservation for Disney's Magical Express you will receive an Airport Transportation Booklet (United States and Canada only) which includes transportation vouchers, luggage tags, and instructions to ensure a smooth arrival and departure process.

The Airport Transportation Booklet will be mailed approximately 42 days in advance of arrival. For reservations booked inside 42 days, the Airport Transportation Booklet will be mailed as soon as possible. For reservations booked within 10 days of arrival at the Walt Disney World Resort, all attempts will be made to deliver the Airport Transportation Booklet in time for your home city departure, but no guarantee can be made.

If you are within 30 days of check-in, I would call them.

I booked ME online and even had an email confirmation. When I realized three weeks before our trip that I hadn't received the packet, I called and they had no record of my ME reservation. It wasn't a crisis.....they rebooked the ME reservation and I had my packet within a few days. Definitely call if you haven't received it by the end of April.

I talked to member services yesterday and they said about a month before your trip. I am 35 days away and got mine today!

Our ME information came today, too.
We'll be in the World May 13th.
