I now have 6 pages for halloween this year! halloween isn't until friday! The class party hasn't even happened yet! I can see it now, I will end up with another 2-4 pages of pictures just for halloween this year! I am now on "holidays" book 3. (granted I've covered holidays since 1996 and I'm only on book 3 now, 8 years later.... holidays covers just the major ones that we take pictures of every year (christmas halloween and easter pretty much).... we won't even address how many other albums are lying around the house... it's too scary!:D maggie

For me Halloween will only be 3 2 page spreads well no 4...let me break it down.
each kid will have a 2 page spread for their school album
DD will have a 2 page spread with her brownie troop and marching in the Halloween parade
in the family album will be a 2 page spread of trick or treating. Usually one side is the pumpkin carve and the other is for trick or treating. But we didn't buy any pumkins this year...ran out of time...might carve on Sat.

I haven't actually done any "holiday" pages except for our trip to WDW for Christmas ( and you can imagine how many pages that is ). I do a lot of "event" pages though and the are usually four to five pages.

Cyndi princess:

my daughters birthday was 6 pages.

while out trick or treating (yes we live in a retarded community that had t & t on Sunday)

I was snapping away pis and Dh says -
do you have to take a picture of EVERY house -
LOL
I actaully was taking an assortment of group pics, and indiviuals (we always go with our neighbors and their two girls!)

I have a zillion books - family, each kids, etc. So I usually have 3 different two page layouts! AT LEAST Christmas I have MUCH more! ;)

My halloween will probably be 4 pages for the two older boys and 2 for the baby, making a total of 10. Christmas may be out of control! Guess it all depends on how many events are coming up, but I really try to get alot of pics on each page for major events. (and now with my new color blocking book from my ss I have some good ideas for doing just that!)

It's taken me about 4 years to realize that you can have more than one page for each occasion. My older books have pictures crammed on one, 2-page spread. For 4th of July this year I finally just started another page. What took me so long to figure this out? Now I will go until I run out of pictures. So you go with your 14 pages of Halloween!! But I think Christmas might need it's own book
