When requesting housing, can you request which floor?

When you check in and request your housing complex and number of bedrooms, is it also possible to request which floor you'll be on? I would much, much, much rather live on the second or third floor.

yes, when you're being assigned your apt during check-in, you can ask for a certian floor, depending on if it's available. I requested to not have the third floor and all they had left was second or third...so it;s defiantly possible.
