When request is not on confirmation...

I just got in the mail 2 separte confirmatiosn letters for a trip I planned for next JUly. I booked 2 studios at BCV and only requested non smoking and that they be near one another. (I wasn't going to woory with location or view as my biggest desire is for the 2 studios not to be far apart.) I was told it woudl be noted, but i wondered even then how since I was given 2 separte confirmation numbers.
When I got my letters niether of them mentiosn this request or the other reservation.
Thoughts?

This is a guess based on past experience.

Whenever I have reserved more than one room in my name, they haven't had it on the confirmation that they should be near one another that I can remember. Are both reservations in your name?

When I have asked to be near a room that is in my sister's name it has been listed on the reservation confirmation.

I'm just guessing here so I would call on Monday anyway and ask MS if they have the request listed.

Both ressiea are in my name. So i wonder then if it is better to have oen of them with a different name?

Or maybe since they are both in your name you stand a better chance of them being close together.

I have always had rooms next to each other when they were in my name. For the example for my sister's room when the request was on the confirmation, we ended up on the same floor and hallway but not next to one another. And we all know how long those halls are at the BWV don't we?

I would still call on Monday and ask.
