When Renting A Vacation Home At Disney?

Do you rent from an individual or an agency? If you rent from an agency, what are some of the ones you've tried? I appreciate any help. Our vacation is 5/21-5/31 and I feel like I'm on information overload, I mean there's only a million websites dealing with rentals. I don't really know what to do.

I know whay it feels like on information overload : ) I have never stayed at a vacation home, but hope someone will be able to assist you.

We rented from Elite Homes. The house was wonderful, the agency was very nice. We had 6 bedrooms and 3 baths, large living room, family room, eat-in kitchen and pool. We had with us 2 daughers, one son, one son-in-law, ourselves and 3 grandchildren. We paid $1,300 for 8 days.

We're renting for the first time this coming week. We're going for 9 nights and paying $854 for a 3 bedroom house with pool heat included.

I found this one through www.vrbo.com and the people who own the house have a local management company and are licensed. The owner has been extremely helpful and answered my multitude of questions

We were in Kissimee - about 5 minutes from MK. I should have told you that the price we paid included $175 for heating the pool. Based on my own pool here in Winter Haven, I don't think you have to heat it - at least not in a very little while. We paid the agency. The house was immaculate. There were two tvs and a vcr. The kitchen had everything we needed. We went to super Walmrt and stocked up on breakfast stuff. I didn't cook except for breakfast but I could have. The furniture was pretty awful - hotel modern - but it was new and clean.
