When pictures don't show up in Memory Maker...

I know this happens, but just wondered if anyone has been successful in contacting Disney and getting them? We had some Magic Shots missing their magic and I have already emailed about this thanks to the wonderful comments I received on here. But we also have on other "session" where we stopped at a photographer after exiting the Safari in AK and those pics just did not show up at all. Any chance they could find those? I dont have as many specifics I could send for those like I did the Magic shots. I know the date, and the Safari was fast passed so I have an approximate time, but that is about it. We were standing in front of an old truck.

Thanks for your help/opinions :)

We had a number of ours missing so I emailed with the details and they were able to find them all :-)

We went to the memory maker kiosk at the Boardaalk Inn. They found five ride shots that were missing. Calling also works. They just took my magic band number.

I also emailed them and they were pretty quick to find them and email me a number to type in so that they were linked to my PhotoPass. Good Luck!

For those of you who called/emailed after the fact, what did you need to provide them, information wise? Did you send your Magic Band number?

My husband had to call on several of ours that were missing and it ended up being the ones where his band was scanned. For some reason they did not connect to my Disney photo pass even though he is listed as family and friends

I can't remember all the questions but they want to know what park, approx what time the pictures were taken, who was in the pictures and what band was scanned.

Thanks everyone! I can't remember who's band was scanned but that may very well be our issue, as I know mine was the one scanned a majority of the time - but it may have been his on that one. Does anyone know the email address? I sent a form in for the Tinkerbell magic shots but there wasn't a Memory Maker option and I'm not even sure it will get to the right place.

If you're on the photopass website, you can scroll to the bottom and click on the link to the help center. From there, on the right side of the page in the More Help box, there is a link for Lost Disney Photopass Photo. From there you can enter all the information they need to find the missing ones. I've had luck in the past few weeks using that.

They also list this email address: disneyphotopass_support@disneyworld.com

I had to submit a couple of missing photo requests from our recent trip. In one case Tinkerbell had been put on the wrong photo for a magic shot. That got fixed fast. The other was out photos at the tree of life were missing. They first responded that they couldn't find them but after I sent them a different picture as reference they were able to find them. Really happy about that.

I didn't have an exact time either. I knew roughly when we were leaving the park (it was the day the hurricane shut things down early). The form asks for a one hour window but in their email ti me they indicated that they have 30 minutes of leeway on either side of that window. Providing a photo that shows what you were wearing that day helps.

I find that emailing makes them magically appear, thus making me look like an idiot when the Photopass person replies with "hmm. Looks like those Splash Mountain pics you're talking about are in your account."

On the form on the website you can also attach another photo of you/your group from that same day to help show what you're wearing etc.
