When or when will the 2011 packages be released

Anyone else tired of waiting for the 2011 package rates to be released? I have tried to e-mail and call Universal and I haven't received an answer. The telephone operator said she had no idea - and what not at all friendly or helpful. My e-mail response was an answer to a totally unrelated question.
