Are there any FL residents that can reply when your break is. That usually has an impact on crowds.

Our spring breaks are a bit longer here in the UK. My son is off school from 3 April through 21 April. I teach at university here, and I am off 30 March through 24 April. Lots of us will be headed to Disney during this period :)

My kid's Spring Break starts the day after Easter so the week of 4/6-4/10. I originally had a vacation booked during this time but then the other day I decided to switch out our dates to 2/28-3/7 because after reading how crowded that week will be, I became very nervous about it. Let's just say I am a much happier (and relaxed) camper now :goodvibes.

Edited to add that we live in a Suburb of Chicago.

Our spring break is the 6-10 of April. We are in nj and are planning a trip to disney the 5-11. We drive down. I have an 8 year old and a 1 1/2 year old so I am planning to do rope drop stay til around lunch then head back to the hotel and swim a little and go back to the parks around dinner and have our fast passes around that time. We went spring break this year and the crowds started to get busy around lunch and they were crazy around 3ish. So when we go next year I am just gonna tweak our touring plans lol

FWIW ... we used that strategy on our first Christmas trip (week between Christmas and NY) and it worked beautifully! We got to the parks before rope drop and managed to ride whatever we wanted with very little need for fast passes. The day we hit MK we arrived early (still a little dark) and managed to do our favorites; HM, POC, SM, BTMRR, SM and (okay its a little hokey but ...) Carousel of Progress. We had a Dole Whip in Adventureland and all this was before we got into the cue for BOG for lunch. We waited about 20 minutes for that and left the park by about 1:00 for a leisurely trip back to the Boardwalk. Not a fast pass all day!

Have a great trip ... we will be heading there on the 5th through the 9th for our first SB trip! Will try same strategy ... in warmer weather this time! :)

2 breaks within the dates in the poll as well... We have Feb (typically week of President's day), and then April. This year it's the week of the 20th. We're going that week, hoping the crowds won't be too bad.

Anyone book their vacation with the new discounts? We booked CBR for the first part with SPD discount and staying at BWV on points for the rest.

We actually changed our dates to the week after spring break. Yes I am pulling my kid from school, but the price difference is crazy! It's $1000 more expensive to go the week of spring break than the week after. My son is an extremely good student and he's really ahead of his class so the teacher has no problem with it and she's going to send work along with him. Plus the crowd prediction for the spring break week is a 11 and the week after is a 4...so to me it was no contest in which week we wanted to go. Plus we got to extend our trip a bit since he's off the week before. We are still planning on doing the original plan where we are only in the park 1/2 a day and go back after dinner. Gives the kids a break that way :)

In Los Angeles public schools, we have Spring Break from March 30th - April 3rd, but then we also get April 6th off for Cesar Chavez day. Just in case any of you nice folk was thinking, "Oh, we can go to DL the day after Easter."

Of course, this would hardly make a dent in the WDW crowds.

Tennessee here. Our break is 3/21-3/28 and we are headed to WDW on the late winter discount. Just rescheduled our May trip to this week so we don't have to take kids out of school. Hoping crowds arent unbearable. We like to tour at RD the take a break around lunch and return to the parks late afternoon. Hope this works in our favor!!

Feb 20-Mar 1 is most Michigan colleges/universities spring break, that's when we are going to Disneyworld, it's not very packed and nice weather around that time as well

We're in the Kansas City suburbs and our break is the week of March 16th. Staying at Boardwalk Villas. Hope easywdw is right about the crowd levels.

Well we are going the week of March 27 through April 4, it looks like it will be a very busy week but that is the only week we can go. It will be nice because its just me and the wife so we will get to watch all the families and all the melt downs (yes bringing back those fond family memories!!) but we have found that going as adults puts WDW in a different perspective. As the saying goes we now get to stop and smell the roses. We take our time, if we don't get on a ride no problem we just take in the entire Disney experience. We are now getting closer to our FP+ window so that will be our next real planning activity

Lee County (Southwest) Florida spring break starts Friday, March 27 and returns to school on Tuesday, April 7.

We'll be there for spring break March 23-27. It's my second favorite time to go. It's always been busy but not unbearable.
We will be at POFQ the same week:yay: Florida panhandle(Okaloosa County) SB is March 20(Friday is teacher day)-27. Long time since we been in spring, usually SB falls into the black out dates on FL seasonal AP's. Cannot wait:)
