When is your spring break 2011?

Hi everyone, I was thinking of planning a trip to WDW this spring and I can't decide if I'd rather go the week of 2/14 (right before president's day) or the week of 3/28 which is my kids spring break from school. Easter is at the end of April so I don't know how crowds will be, I don't want to have to take the kids out of school.

My question to everyone is, if you have kids enrolled in school, when is your spring break this year? If anyone has any advice on when the crowds will be lower I'd appreciate the feedback!

Thanks Robo for all the information. Of course it seems like every week is someone's spring break so I still can't decide . Either way, if we end up going I'm sure it'll be a great trip!

Although Robo pretty much covered the answer I will let you know that in the Northeast college spring break and K-12 spring break are on different weeks.

College Spring Break is March 21-25
K-12 Spring Break is April 18-22

College and K-12 Winter Break is February 21-25.

Mid Michigan here... spring break for us is March 25-April 3. But I can tell you it is different all throughout the state. Our old school district (which is less than 15 minutes away!) only has a 5 day long Easter Break in April.


I'm scared to go during SB....but my only other option would be to wait until schools out and I am NOT going in the heat with the Brazillian tour groups again!

For our school district here in NC and my mom's district in FL (she's a teacher), spring break is April 25 - 29.

I'm in Orange County and my break is like the last week of March and the first few days of April.

April 18-25 (the week before Easter).

Ours on the Eastern Shore in Alabama is also for April 18-25 this year. Not very happy about that either. This is for all of Baldwin County. We will not be in Disney this year for that time. Last year our spring break was two weeks after Easter when we went to WDW. This year we are going in the fall but we are also going in Dec. 2010 for a short trip too!!
