When is Where Dreams Come True?

Been gone for awhile and search tool not working so sorry if this has been asked. Did they announce the family to kick off the new when dreams come true year? When do they start picking people in the parks to have their dreams come true? I am very intraested to see how this will work. Thanks!!

I was told it would start in October at the conclusion of the 50th anniversary celebration.
