When is Tutto Italy closing?

I was thinking about going there for lunch in early September. I've heard that they're closing and re-doing the place in the fall. Does anyone know exactly what "fall" means. That's a pretty large time frame. And technically early September is summer, right?

I was able to make an ADR on September 21, which I believe is the first official day of fall. We're really looking forward to this one so, I hope they don't decide to close it earlier between now and then. That on top of the changes to Le Cellier's menu might put my DH over the edge.

Everything I have seen says they are closing in Spring and re-opening in Fall. BUT I have seen reports of ADRs pretty much from now all the way through to September. I have an ADR there in August. At first I didn't book there because I figured they will close and I will be scrambling for dinner. At this point if they close we'll just eat CS that night.

I have seen at least 2 reports (but it may have been the same person both times) where a waiter said they will be closing soon.

No telling what the plan is.
