Is it listed on the DL website park hours cuz I didn't see any for the 4 days we are there

It is typically (unless there is a special event or something) offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays and starts at park opening (TT doesn't open to the general public until one hour after park opening, so you're getting in an hour early if you have a voucher).
