When is the earliest for making DDP reservations?

Sorry, I read the stickies & looked over the thread titles & didn't find this elsewhere.

We have reservations to checkin to POFQ on Sept 25, 2011, with the free DDP. What is the earliest date for making dining reservations? I tried & all dates are blocked out after Feb 2011 - I counted that as 27 weeks from today. So, is that the magic # (27 weeks), which equals March 27, 2011 as the earliest date for scheduling 9/25/11?

Also, when our magic date arrives, will I only be able to book the first nite, or all nites of our reservation?
