Hi everyone,
Just wondering when is the best time to email the hotel about the possibility of pixie dust? I understand nothing is guaranteed however the friend I am going with has had a few family issues recently (very ill parents + taking care of them) so this trip is serving as a bit of a getaway to take her mind off of everything and give her a bit of a break/reward. Therefore I thought it would be nice to email the hotel just to see if they could make the room/trip a little bit extra special for her.
So would anyone happen to have any experience on how early it is best to send an email? I've heard about a week before you're due to arrive is good, is this correct? We're staying at NPB if that makes any difference and our trip is in a few weeks! (Does anyone happen to know the best email to use for NPB?!)
Thank you for the help
P.S. - Quick separate question: when booking a trip through the Disneylandparis website are any documents sent to you in the post? Or is it all email? I had my confirmation via email straight after booking but haven't received anything in the post? When we go to the hotel do we just show them the confirmation email?
Thanks!
