When is the best time to book for HRH?

I know it's early but I would like to know how much everything will cost . My question is when do the new prices come out or any codes for the on site hotels? We are planning a trip in Oct of next year and I would like to get it paid for as soon as possible so I don't have to worry about that part of the trip

not sure what future dates are in the system.
dates will be released once the rates are established.
you are 16 months out from the future planned stay and you probably have to wait a bit longer to book.


when you can book, you can book at rack rate and modify your ressie when promo codes or discounts come out.

in the past, i have booked in december for the following october.


if you want to pay the hotel room bill prior to arriving, it can be set up thru accounting.


you only pay a one night's deposit when you book.
