When is OKW annual meeting every year-planning for 2007

Can I plan on it probably being the Wednesday after Thanksgiving, as I was told it almost always is? I know that I went to the one in 2003, when it was the following Wednesday, and a man got up and complained that "it's always the Wednesday after Thanksgiving, this is the first year you've changed", etc., Well, was it? Other than that one time has it always been that particular time, so it would most likely be 11/28. Or does DVC occassionally change the time, so that it's not "always" that particular time? And of course, does anyone know the actual date for next year (planning ahead)?

They usually announce it by year end, so you would have time to plan.
