When is love bug season?

Was riding motorcycle with no windshield and hit a swarm. Ordered windshield when I got home. Literally picking bugs outta ur teeth, hair and beard.

The density really varies year to year. This year happily both times were pretty light. Im an hour north of Tampa. Pro tip: wet a dryer sheet and use that to clean them off your car.

Supposedly they were light this year because of a lack of rain.
