When is it best to show up to check in early?

We are hoping that we will be able to check in early to our 2-bedroom next week at BWV, and I was wondering if it is better to show up earlier or later to get in early. I assume the sooner the better since you would have the possibility of getting a room that no one was in the night before or checked out of early, and otherwise you would be earlier in line for getting the next ready room. Is this assumption correct, or do I have a better chance of getting in early just by getting there at around 2. Thanks

In my experience, BWV tends to assign rooms ahead of time ( as opposed to using the room ready system), so it really doesn't matter if you get there early or not. I don't recommend late in the evening, though. If your room is ready, you get it right away, but if it isn't you wait. We get into our room early about 25% of the time.

We've gotten in at BWV at 9 am. Once at 1 am. Never had to wait. But technically, rooms aren't "ready" until 4 pm. Your mileage may vary.
