When is everyone's school winter break?

Someone made an interesting point in another thread. I NEVER considered when others winter break took place. I just went with the fact that February before Presidents Day (& then Spring Breaks starting in March) was a good time.

Our winter breaks were always until after the New Year. I think we're December 21 - January 4.

Same for Tucson. We're off starting Dec. 18- Jan 4th.

Same here in NorCal. Of course my BIL is a teacher nearby and has the week before Presidents day off too!

We have the two weeks off and go back right after New Year's Day. DH is a teacher and his school has a week off in Feb called "Ski Week". The school that me and the boys are at don't have that. But then we get out of school at the end of May, and DH goes through mid June.

our spring break is a month early 2nd week in March and a four day in April.
